What CommodityRealm is

CommodityRealm is an educational membership. It gives you written guides, templates, and, on the Premium plan, a private channel to submit a mandate or requirement, the possibility of an introduction from the operator's network, and a weekly group call. What it is not

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, investment or financial advice, and nothing is a guarantee that any deal will close or any fee will be paid. Commodity intermediation involves counterparties, contracts and payments that you must check yourself. Introductions are made in good faith; the operator does not vouch for any counterparty and is not a party to any contract you sign.

Membership and payment

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Whop, under Whop's own terms of purchase. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel from your Whop hub. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period already paid. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your account

Your email address is your account. Login links are personal; do not share them. One membership is for one person. Sharing guides, templates or mandate details outside your membership is a breach of these terms and ends it without refund.

Confidentiality

Anything shown on the mandate desk, anything you submit there, and anything said on the weekly call are confidential. Introductions are made under a non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement and a fee agreement, which you must sign before names are exchanged.

Content

Guides and templates are the operator's copyright and are licensed to you for your own business use while you are a member. Templates are examples; have any document you sign reviewed by your own adviser.

Ending membership

You can cancel at any time. The operator may end a membership for breach of these terms or for conduct that harms other members or counterparties, with any unused period refunded unless the breach involved sharing confidential material.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator's liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
